I have Internet Explorer (IE) 8 and I cannot view my pay stub or performance documents?
If you are currently using IE 8, the following steps should be performed in order to view your Paycheck or Performance documents.
Step 1 - Make the following changes to your Internet Explorer setting and then clear your cache and cookies as listed below.
  1. Select 'Tools' from the menu bar, and 'Internet Options' from the dropdown list.
  2. On the 'General' tab; Click the 'Settings' button in the 'Tabs' section.
  3. In the section labeled 'Open links from other programs in:', select 'The current tab or window'.
  4. Click the 'OK' button and it takes you back to Internet Options dialog box.
  5. To clear your cache and cookies select 'Delete Button' from the browsing history section.
  6. On the Delete Browsing History dialog box check all the check boxes and click the 'Delete' button.
  7. Click the 'Ok' button to close the Internet Options Dialog Box.
  8. Close the Internet Explorer.

Step 2 - Start a new Internet Explorer session.

  • PAR Processors, HR Advisors and HR Specialistswill see the addition of new Action/Reason Codes.
  • Applicantswill encounter a simpler process in applying for a job-Instead of browsing through 11 - 13 pages, applicants can stay in one single page and browse through 4 tabs to apply for a job. Thus improving time required to apply for a job by almost or up to 50%.
  • Employees can view and enter time for an entire pay period on the same page.

No. In the upgrade we expect the core business processes to remain materially the same. However, the business processes will have to be certified by the functional leads/SMEs and possibly reworked to achieve the desired results in the upgraded system.

If you are creating the job opening then you can only select yourself as the originator.
Can I select myself as the originator, the authorizer and the recruiter?
No. There has to be 2 distinct users for each job opening.e.g the same person can be the originator and the authorizer or recruiter but you cannot have the same person for all three roles (originator, authorizer and recruiter).
